Eight people hospitalized after three-vehicle collision in Northridge area of Los Angeles

Eight people were transported to local hospitals Sunday afternoon following a three-vehicle traffic accident at 9200 N. Reseda Blvd.

The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the scene at 5:43 p.m. and reported that while three vehicles were involved, no individuals were trapped inside the wreckage.

Among the eight patients receiving care, five are listed in serious condition. This group includes two adults and three pediatric patients.

Three additional adult patients are reported to be in fair condition.

The specific ages and genders of these individuals have not been released.
