It’s time for Iowa State football’s first out-of-state road trip of the season, and Jimmy Rogers‘ squad won’t have an easy matchup.
The Cyclones (3-2, 1-1 Big 12) take on No. 8 BYU (4-0, 2-0 Big 12) under the Friday night lights, with kickoff scheduled for 9:15 p.m. CT on Oct. 9. The Cougars will be without the Big 12’s reigning Offensive Player of the Year, running back LJ Martin, who has already been ruled out of the game due to injury.
