Turkey have officially announced the sacking of head coach Vincenzo Montella following a disastrous international break in the Nations League.
The Turkish national team lost all four matches, including two defeats to Italy (4-1 and 3-1), a loss to Belgium (3-0) and a final defeat to France (1-0).
The Italian coach was already under pressure following Turkey’s group-stage exit at the 2026 World Cup.
