SAN JOSE, Calif. (Next Stamina) — Officers with the San Jose Police Department’s Neighborhood Quality of Life Unit (NQL) arrested a man and cited a woman following the discovery of a firearm and narcotics during a patrol on the Guadalupe River Bike Trail.
The encounter occurred when NQL officers, conducting routine patrol, located a tent situated within a designated No Encampment Zone. According to the San Jose Police Department, officers found a male and a female inside the structure.
