San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins announced in a press release on Wednesday, Oct. 14, that Gregory Walker, 36, of Mountain House, Calif., has been charged with assault with a semi-automatic firearm, with allegations that he personally discharged a firearm and personally inflicted great bodily injury; possession of a firearm by a felon; possession of a concealed firearm by a felon; and possession of a loaded firearm by a felon.
Curtis Green, 35, of Irvine, Calif., has been charged with brandishing a firearm, carrying a concealed firearm and carrying a loaded firearm in public, all of which are misdemeanor charges.

White, 27, was hosting a private party in the downstairs VIP area of the Dahlia Club when he was shot in the ankle on Feb. 9, per the press release.
“It started when multiple suspects, some brandishing firearms, confronted the 49ers player, which then led to a physical altercation between the group and the victim, who was shot in the leg,” explained San Francisco Police Chief Derrick Lew during a press conference.
Walker and a second man, who is “pending charges,” are alleged to have fired their guns, resulting in White’s injury. Green was also armed and is alleged to have brandished his own firearm, the D.A. said in its release.
White suffered non-life-threatening injuries and underwent surgery following the incident, as previously reported by PEOPLE.
The third man tied to the case is 38-year-old Marquis Davis, the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) said in a release.
Acting on an SFPD warrant in the shooting investigation, the Atlanta Police Department arrested Davis at his home on Oct. 7 and recovered an illegal firearm, 820 grams of MDMA, 1,026 grams of methamphetamine, 979 grams of cocaine, and 3,842 grams of fentanyl, per the SFPD’s media release.
Later that same day, SFPD officers and deputies with the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36-year-old Antoine Washington in Stockton, Calif., on a warrant in the shooting investigation, according to San Francisco police.

Upon Washington’s arrest, officers recovered a loaded firearm, over 120 oxycodone pills and approximately $6,691 in currency.
The Irvine Police Department arrested Green on Oct. 7, and officers with the Los Angeles Police Department took Walker into custody on Oct. 9, per the SFPD. Walker and Green were booked into San Francisco County Jail on Oct. 12.
