Brandon Moreno has his next assignment before the holidays.
Moreno (24-10-2 MMA, 12-7-2 UFC), the former two-time UFC flyweight champion, will return to action at UFC 335 to take on Charles Johnson. The event takes place Dec. 12 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The promotion officially announced the bout Monday. MMA Fighting was first to report.
Currently ranked No. 8 in the latest USA TODAY Sports/MMA Junkie men’s flyweight rankings, Moreno will compete in his third fight of 2026. His first appearance was in February, a losing effort against Lone’er Kavanagh. He bounced back into the win column at Noche UFC in September by taking a split decision over Joseph Morales.
