Since purchasing the club in 2004, Claudio Lotito has been the owner, president, and chairman of the board.
How Much Claudio Lotito Earns at Lazio
Needless to say, the 69-year-old is the ultimate decision-maker at the Italian capital side. He is also an Italian senator, a lawyer, and the owner of various businesses. Therefore, the Roman has several sources of income, including a lucrative salary for his role at Lazio.

According to Calcio e Finanza, Lotito’s base salary as Lazio’s chairman was around €600,000 for the 2025/26 campaign. Moreover, he collects another €500,000 for a similar role at subsidiaries and affiliates, including Lazio Marketing SpA, a subsidiary of the Biancoceleste club that handles the club’s commercial aspects.
Lotito Earned €1.1m in Gross Wages
The source notes that Lotito’s overall gross salary of €1.1 million remained the same as in the previous campaign (2024/25). Nevertheless, the president’s detractors will be quick to point out that the hierarchy has been working on reducing the wage bill by offloading some of the club’s highest earners, and yet Lotito’s earnings remained untouched.
Lazio’s Financial Troubles
The Biancocelesti have registered a €10 million loss during the 2025/26 campaign, and they risk even more woeful figures at the end of the ongoing season, with the organised fan groups refusing to purchase season tickets or attend home fixtures, costing the club in matchday revenues, as they continue to protest against the unpopular owner.
