SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (Next Stamina) – San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins announced today that four men face multiple felony charges in connection with a robbery on Irving Street and four auto burglaries.
Daija Bartholomew, 25; Jamaul Mullins, 22; Major Skinner, 18; and Charles Eason, 25, were arraigned on April 6, 2026. Each defendant pleaded not guilty to all charges and denied the allegations.
The defendants are charged with second-degree robbery with an elderly victim allegation, elder abuse, three counts of second-degree vehicular burglary, and three counts of unlawful entry into a vehicle. Mr. Eason faces two additional counts of hit-and-run driving. Prosecutors allege that Mr. Bartholomew and Mr. Skinner have prior convictions for second-degree robbery from 2025 and 2024, respectively.
According to the San Francisco Police Department, plainclothes officers learned of a robbery near the 2200 block of Irving Street on April 1, 2026. Reports indicate the victim was waiting at a bus stop when two suspects grabbed her purse and entered a waiting vehicle. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
The Real Time Investigation Center (RTIC) and Drone First Responders (DFR) assisted in locating the vehicle near the Palace of Fine Arts. Authorities observed the occupants casing vehicles and committing additional auto burglaries.
The vehicle, which was reported stolen out of Hayward, was disabled near Van Ness Avenue and Lombard Street following separate collisions. No injuries were reported from the crashes. A search of the vehicle resulted in the recovery of stolen property belonging to the robbery victim and three auto burglary victims.
The court set no bail for the defendants. Mr. Mullins and Mr. Bartholomew have bail review hearings scheduled for April 10, 2026, and a preliminary hearing for all four men is set for April 16, 2026.
