A 25-year-old man was killed in a shooting late Sunday night in the Pico-Union neighborhood, prompting a homicide investigation by Los Angeles police.

The shooting was reported shortly after 10 p.m. near the intersection of 15th Street and Kenmore Avenue, where officers found the victim suffering from gunshot wounds, police said, Fox 11 Los Angeles reported.
