With kickoff now only a little over 24 hours away, what is the latest weather forecast for Saturday night’s showdown between the Alabama Crimson Tide and Georgia Bulldogs in Tuscaloosa?

Set to make landfall around the Alabama gulf coast Friday night, Hurricane Isaias continues to be a big talking point leading up to Saturday’s matchup surrounding the potential impact it could have.

According to the latest update on the potential storm path Friday afternoon from James Spann of the Alabama Weather Network, Hurricane Isaias is still expected to make its’ way through the Tuscaloosa area on Saturday afternoon, doing so as either as a tropical storm or tropical depression.

As of Friday afternoon, the city of Tuscaloosa is currently under a tropical storm warning.

The forecast at kickoff Saturday night in Tuscaloosa currently calls for cloudy skies with temperatures in the mid-60’s, per The Weather Channel. At kickoff, there is also a small chance of showers with winds around 10 miles per hour in the forecast, though the heaviest rain and wind will likely have moved past Tuscaloosa at that time.

In town for the game, ESPN’s “College GameDay” will also move indoors in Tuscaloosa on Saturday morning. The show will broadcast live from 9-12 a.m. ET on ESPN from inside Coleman Coliseum.

Alabama and Georgia are currently set to kickoff at 7:30 p.m. ET from Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The game will be televised live on ABC.
