The Las Vegas Raiders fell to 3-1 a 30-27 Week 4 home loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Let’s look at their wide-receiver production in the game:
Tre Tucker
Tucker also played 56 snaps, the most all of all Raiders’ wide receivers. He had four catches on eight targets for 44 yards. Tucker has had 49 yards or less in 14 of his past 15 games..
Cody White:
The player, in his first game as a member of the 53-man roster, played a career-high 52 snaps. He played in 33 snaps total in the previous three games when he was elevated from the practice squad. White had two catches on four targets for 36 yards, including a spectacular 27-yard grab.
Jalen Nailor
The free-agent addition played 19 snaps before leaving with a concussion. He didn’t have a catch before leaving the game.
Dareke Young:
He played 12 offensive snaps for the third straight game. He had one catch for nine yards on two targets.
Malik Benson
The rookie sixth-round pick played seven offensive snaps. He was not targeted. He has one catch for six yards on four targets this season
Conclusion:
The Raiders threw 34 passes to tight ends and running backs in Week 4. That was the most by an NFL team in nearly six years. That may continue with this group being banged up and not overly productive as it has 439 receiving yards, the third fewest by any wide-receiver group.
