Dani Olmo is a name floating around in the circle of Bayern Munich transfer rumors, with the Spaniard apparently being viewed as the nuclear option if Michael Olise leaves. The Bavarians tried to sign the midfielder when he was still at Dinamo Zagreb, but his agent advised him not to accept the offer:

Dani Olmo’s agent Andy Bara reveals that Bayern tried to sign his client twice, when he was at Dinamo Zagreb and Leipzig: “He turned down Bayern on my initiative when he was still at Dinamo. BFW Commentary
Olmo might have been hot property back then, and maybe he is still worth signing, but does Bayern really need another player of his profile? Perhaps the repeated inability to sign him is a sign that he simply isnโ€™t meant or fitted to be a Bayern player.
Bayern already had Thomas Mรผller and Jamal Musiala when Olmo was at Zagreb and RB Leipzig, so adding another attacking midfielder on top of them seemed unnecessary. Even with Olmo moving to Barcelona, Bayern has since bolstered its attacking options with Musiala, Olise, Lennart Karl, Ismael Saibari (who was born in the same town as Olmo), and Serge Gnabry as choices behind the striker. The fact that the Rekordmeister reportedly sees Olmo as an Olise replacement remains baffling.
Olmo may be a quality player in the eyes of some, but Bayern is far better off investing in a different position.
