Philadelphia police detectives are examining more than one million images seized from a North Philadelphia home formerly owned by a deceased pornographer and suspected killer.
Federal and local authorities expanded their investigation after identifying a fifth missing woman connected to the property in the city’s Olney neighborhood.
Investigators recently confirmed that Nicole Fusaro, who disappeared in 2018 at age 27, was tied to the house following detailed meetings with her family.
Reflecting on her life during discussions with detectives and reporters, her cousin Jonathan Halloran-Koren shared poignant memories of her character.
“Nicole was a beautiful, kindhearted woman who deserved so much better than what happened to her,” Halloran-Koren said.
“She will forever be loved and missed by her family and friends,” Halloran-Koren said.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation assigned additional agents to assist local detectives as they process evidence gathered from the location.
Authorities initiated their search of the residence after arresting 44-year-old Eugene Horsch on weapons charges and federal impersonation suspicions.
Officers apprehended Eugene Horsch inside a vehicle alongside a woman carrying fraudulent identification belonging to Blair Tonzelli, a healthcare aide who vanished in 2023.
Detective teams subsequently recovered 50 hard drives from the house containing disturbing videos along with vats of mysterious chemicals.
Evidence collected from the property also includes handwritten notes referencing serial killer Ted Bundy and various methods for trash disposal.
Four other missing women have been linked to the location, including Gabrielle Amarando, Maribel Fresses, and Amy McHale, who was married to former owner Raymond Horsch.
Raymond Horsch, a self-described sociopath and convicted producer, died in 2025 at age 82 before law enforcement uncovered the material.
Although Eugene Horsch faces federal indictments regarding weapons and credentials, prosecutors have not filed charges against him concerning the missing women.
Specialists continue searching sewer lines beneath the residence while forensic teams review digital media recovered from the property.
