The Ohio State football team will start a stretch of games this week that is a murderer’s row of contests. And it all starts with a rematch of last year’s Big Ten Championship game. Indianaknocked off the then No. 1 Buckeyes on its way to a College Football Playoff national championship.
The Hoosiers have not looked as sharp this year, with struggles against Northwestern and Nebraska. That doesn’t mean this will be a cakewalk for Ohio State. It won’t be. Indiana is well coached, and it has one of the best pass-rush defenses in the country. That’s not good news for an offensive line that will be without All-Conference performer Austin Siereveld.
This isn’t your grandfather’s Indiana team, and it will be an epic battle on the gridiron. Here’s where you can go to see all the action, including the TV channel, time, and streaming information.

Ohio State vs. Indiana game time today
Date: Saturday, Oct. 17
Start time: Noon ET
The Ohio State Buckeyes vs. the Indiana Hoosiers game starts at Noon ET from Merchants Bank Field at Memorial Stadium in Bloomington, Indiana.
Enough about what these teams aren’t. They’re both national championship-level good, but there’s a “Prove It” factor here. Indiana was able to keep its cool and come through late in the win over Nebraska, and not flinch when Northwestern was making a charge in the second half. Ohio State had one fourth quarter against Texas when it buckled, but when it was on against Iowa, the big, bad Buckeyes flexed hard with a nearly perfect performance.Curt Cignetti will work magic with a game plan that will keep this close. It’ll seem like Ohio State is dominating, but a missed field goal here, an empty trip there, and it’ll be hard to put the game away. And then Josh Hoover will pick the wrong time to throw his first interception of the season.
Spread: Ohio State -4
Over/Under: 50.5
Money line: Ohio State -175, Indiana +145
