If Cedar Park (7-0, 3-0) wins, it will be favored to win out and cruise to the District 24-6A title in its first season as a 6A school. But Vandegrift (4-2, 2-0) is hoping to notch a statement victory over its Leander ISD rivals. A triumph for the Vipers would give the reigning 24-6A champions control of their own path to retain their place at the top of the division.
