SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (Next Stamina) – A woman was seriously injured during an assault outside a nightclub on the 500 block of 4th Street early Monday morning, according to a statement from the San Francisco Police Department.
An officer was flagged down at approximately 2:30 a.m. on February 9, 2026, regarding the incident that had just occurred.
The victim reported she was involved in a verbal altercation with an unknown male who appeared to be an employee of the open nightclub.
Police reported, the male punched the victim in the face during the argument. The physical strike caused great bodily injury to the victim.
Officers attempted to locate the suspect immediately following the report but were unsuccessful.
The SFPD is now requesting the assistance of the public in identifying and locating the male suspect.
Officials described the suspect as a male between 30 and 40 years old. He is approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 300 lbs.
The suspect was last seen wearing glasses, a black sweater, and a red beanie cap.
