GARDEN GROVE, Calif. (Next Stamina) — A Stanton man died Sunday morning after his vehicle struck a utility pole in Garden Grove, prompting a police investigation into the cause of the solo-vehicle crash.

• The incident: Officers responded to the 11200 block of Western Avenue shortly after 7 a.m. following reports of a 2003 Ford Mustang hitting a pole.
