The Green Bay Packers vs. Chicago Bears rivalry is one of the greatest in sports. In Week 5, the Packers got the best of their divisional foe. Green Bay dominated, finishing the game with a 31-7 victory. After the game, Packers linebacker Zaire Franklin added insult to injury and displayed his annoyance with the Bears,
“You got guys that never really made a real play in this league talkin’ about making somebody quit,” Franklin said in reference to Bears receiver Luther Burden. “That’s weird. We don’t do that. He quit today, by the way. He ain’t wanna play anymore.”
Luther Burden said this week the Bears wanted to make the #Packers quit.

Franklin has been one of the best linebackers in the NFL for quite some time, and comments Burden made before the game clearly sparked a fire in the Packers star. Burden has loads of potential but just 70 catches and 918 yards to his name thus far. Five of those catches and 63 of those yards came in the Bears-Packers game.
“We want to beat them real bad,” Burden said ahead of the Week 5 matchup. “Make them quit.”
Clearly, the Packers took offense to Burden’s comments, and the receiver and his team didn’t back up his words. However, after Franklin spoke up, Burden took to X to post, “Tell bro stop clout chasin me.”
It was another controversial comment from Burden, considering his team was just blown out. The receiver should have taken the loss on the chin and learned from his mistake of giving the enemy bulletin board material.
