The NBA General Manager survey for the league’s 2026-27 regular season has been released, and in it, the Boston Celtics players and coaching staff make several appearances. And given the Celtics organization consistently being in the mix for home court advantage in the postseason almost every year for well over a decade, that ought not to come as a major surprise.
But this annual exercise of conducted by the league (and, truth be told, not always or even often actually filled out by the titular general manager) has a unique perspective worth taking stock of, given there is usually at least some institutional wisdom shaping the replies therein – even if it may have been an assistant general manager or even video coordinator filling in the replies.
So, without further ado, let’s take a closer look at where the Celtics made an appearance in this year’s NBA GM survey.
