Liverpool will lock horns with Brentford at the Gtech Community Stadium this Saturday afternoon as they look to secure a win on the road in the Premier League. The Reds managed to earn a dominant 6-3 win away at LASK Linz in the UEFA Champions League recently, which should give them some confidence going into this game.
Andoni Iraola will set his players up in a 4-2-3-1 formation and is expected to make some changes to his starting XI for this game. Alexis Mac Allister, Virgil Van Dijk and Milos Kerkez could all play from the start of this game.

Defence
Alisson Becker will feature in between the sticks for the Reds after he conceded three goals in his last appearance. Virgil Van Dijk will resume his partnership with Jeremy Jacquet at the heart of the Liverpool backline as they focus on keeping a good shape on the defensive end of the field.
Ronald Araujo will try to catch the eye as the right-back, while Milos Kerkez hopes to prove his worth on the other side as the left-back. Both of them will have to pick and choose their moments to join in on the attack.

Midfield
Alexis Mac Allister and Trey Nyoni will operate as the holding midfielders as they focus on establishing their superiority over the opposition at the centre of the park.
The gifted trio of Bradley Barcola, Florian Wirtz and Jeremie Frimpong will operate just ahead of them as part of the Liverpool attack. All three of them need to move the ball well in and around the Brentford penalty area if they are to create enough chances for the Reds to win this contest at the Gtech.
Dominik Szoboszlai is a major doubt for this game, while Ryan Gravenberch is suspended after picking up two yellow cards against Man City. Still, Iraola would have Victor Munoz and Rio Ngumoha on the bench.
Attack
Lewis Koumas will lead the line for the Merseyside club up top. He has to find a way to be a real threat in the final third.
Alexander Isak is unlikely to recover in time for this game. However, Luke Chambers will make up the numbers on the bench.
