Here are the top performers from Week 7 in Lubbock-area high school football:
Sammy Saenz, Littlefield
Saenz was 19-of-26 passing for 305 yards, four TDs and one interception in a win over Muleshoe. He also ran for 78 yards and two TDs on 14 carries.
Brayden Hurst, Idalou
Hurst was 11-of-12 passing for 275 yards and four TDs in a win over Roosevelt.
Tak Miller, Farwell
Miller was 7-of-13 passing for 140 yards, two TDs and one interception in a win over Hale Center. He also ran for a team-high 109 yards and a TD.
Kolt Micheletti, Abernathy
Micheletti was 9-of-16 passing for 103 yards and one TD, in addition to 15 carries for 119 yards and a TD, in a win over New Deal.
Jayden Barrio, Littlefield
Barrio made seven catches for 169 yards and two TDs.
Cy Leach, Lubbock-Cooper Liberty
Leach was 9-of-12 passing for 111 yards and three TDs in a win over Borger.
Coy Miller, Farwell
Miller rushed 27 times for 107 yards and two TDs, in addition to four catches for 42 yards and a TD. He also completed his only pass attempt for 34 yards.
Ranger Carroll, Abernathy
Carroll had three catches for 91 yards and a TD.
Cooper Hammock-Wilson, Idalou
Hammock-Wilson recorded three catches for 78 yards and two TDs.
Talon Wilcox, Lubbock-Cooper Liberty
Wilcox rushed six times for 68 yards and two TDs.
Gio Soto, Abernathy
Soto had 17 tackles (10 solo), including three for a loss, and two fumble recoveries.
Koleman Hendrix, Lubbock-Cooper Liberty
Hendrix had four catches for 60 yards and two TDs.
Kole Lutrick, Idalou
Lutrick had two catches for 83 yards and a TD.
Caden Bird, Abernathy
Bird recorded four catches for 33 yards and a TD, in addition to 42 yards on six carries.
H McClendon, Idalou
McClendon made three catches for 77 yards and a TD.
Daniel Rojas, Littlefield
Rojas rushed 11 times for 70 yards and a TD. He also had nine tackles (three solo) and a sack.
Jonas Camacho, Littlefield
Camacho ran for 95 yards on 16 carries.
Pierce Fioroni, Lubbock-Cooper Liberty
Fioroni made three catches for 35 yards and a TD, adding an 85-yard kickoff return TD to start the game.
Nehemiah Beanes, Littlefield
Beanes had four catches for 64 yards and a TD. He recorded a safety and two interceptions on defense, along with five tackles (four solo).
