After Hurricane Isaias made landfall this weekend, the biggest game on the SEC calendar is set to be played in Tuscaloosa.

If it’s possible for the No. 2 team in the country to be overlooked, there’s a potential case to be made for the Bulldogs.

Part of that is schedule driven; the Bulldogs’ conference opponents so far this year have been Arkansas, Oklahoma and Vanderbilt. But this is an offense that’s averaging almost 480 yards on just 60 plays per game. Gunner Stockton has been one of the most efficient quarterbacks in the country and could throw to any receiver on a given play.

Georgia’s run defense has been elite so far and will be a massive test for Alabama. The Tide might not have a star back, but they have a trio of backs as good as any in the country. That will be a huge help for QB Keelon Russell in what’s the biggest game of his young career.
