Jaylen Brown fired back at Minnesota Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards after he trolled the Philadelphia 76ers star in his Adidas campaign video.

Brown was not the only player Edwards made fun of in the campaign video. LeBron James, LaMelo Ball and Jalen Brunson were his other targets. The video has gathered 90k views on YouTube alone and has also made the rounds on social media among NBA fans.

The video saw Edwards crack jokes about the players, opening with LeBron’s move to the Philadelphia 76ers. However, he also found a way to fire shots at James’ new teammate, Jaylen Brown.

“You see where big dawg ended up? He was going to join me in Minnesota, but I guess his knees couldn’t handle the cold weather. It’s cool though, we know why he really made that decision, Philly got some of the best barbers in the world, between him and the old boy from Boston, they gonna have a whole lot of enhancements in the locker room. I am playing y’all, no pun intended,” said Edwards during the video.

Brown had not responded to the video for weeks, but when he got to streaming with V.J. Edgecombe, the 76ers star decided to respond.

Brown targeted Edwards’ off-court problems while throwing a dig at the Timberwolves star during his Twitch stream.

He said: “Adidas doing anything for my boy. You need to give my boy some c******!”

Edwards has been with Adidas since 2020, and his sneakers have been very popular among fans of the NBA. During the video, the star was promoting Anthony Edwards 3, which was out on September 18.

The Timberwolves star is yet to respond to Brown’s comments. The 76ers and Timberwolves will only meet in January; until then, fans can expect a back-and-forth between the players on social media.
