At WWE Money in the Bank 2026, LA Knight will finally get his one-on-one title opportunity against World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns. Knight is no stranger to The Bloodline, having been a chronic victim of the number’s game.  Consequently, he took issue with the reunion, keeping his nose in family business. The Megastar called his shot on the RAW after SummerSlam.
The former US Champion further angered Reigns by ruining Solo Sikoa’s comeback ceremony. On WWE RAW in Mexico, Knight blasted the OTC with the BFT after Reigns successfully defended the World Heavyweight Championship against Penta. Shortly after this angle, Adam Pearce announced Reigns vs. Knight at Money in the Bank 2026.
On paper, Reigns seems the obvious favorite. In their previous head-to-head encounters, the OTC has gotten the better of The Megastar. Moreover, as Knight knows very well, Reigns also has his family in his corner. Nevertheless, WWE could always pull a swerve, and there have been murmurs of Knight finally winning the World Championship.
Thus, the outcome of Reigns vs. Knight might not be as straightforward. Things get more intriguing when we include external factors, such as the 946 and the Men’s MITB briefcase, into the mix. On that note, let’s look at 4 potential finishes for Roman Reigns vs. LA Knight at WWE Money in the Bank 2026.
#4. The 946 Wreak Havoc and Cause a No Contest at WWE Money in the Bank 2026
Roman Reigns made a huge mistake when he ordered Jacob Fatu to severely injure Royce Keys on RAW after SummerSlam 2026. Keys may have left on a stretcher, but he returned as an absolute nightmare for the entire WWE locker room. The former AEW star formed the 946 alongside Bronco Nima and Lucien Price. Later, Jaida Parker joined the dominant faction.
Their tagline is “Ain’t nobody safe.” The Bloodline has borne the brunt of their fury. From kidnapping Solo Sikoa to running over Fatu with a car, they have made life hell for Reigns’ family. Although the OTC has gotten Sikoa back into the family to deal with the 946, Reigns might now be safe from the 946 at Money in the Bank 2026.

The 946 wants to cause chaos, and Royce Keys hinted that Reigns was the big fish he was targeting. Hence,
Keys and his group could strike during the World Heavyweight Championship match at Money in the Bank. The 946’s interference would spell doom for everyone. They would wreak havoc, tearing the ring apart and wrecking everything in sight.
The damage would be so severe that neither Reigns nor Knight would be fit to compete, and the match would be ruled a no contest. This finish will accelerate the friction between The Bloodline and 946. Furthermore, it will also protect Knight and Reigns.

#3. The Bloodline Helps Roman Reigns Retain the World Heavyweight Championship at Money in the Bank
LA Knight believes that Roman Reigns cannot get the job done without his family. During his first reign of terror, Reigns relied heavily on The Bloodline to assert his dominance over a plethora of Superstars, including Knight. However, the story has been quite different in Reigns’ current run as World Heavyweight Champion.

The OTC defeated CM Punk alone in the main event of WrestleMania 42: Night Two to win the championship. Next, he defeated Jacob Fatu twice and forced the Samoan Werewolf to fall in line. Fatu was quite erratic in this feud, but Reigns accomplished the job without The Usos’ help.
At SummerSlam 2026, Reigns finally extinguished the ghost of Seth “Freakin” Rollins with a solid victory over his former Shield brethren. On hostile territory, the OTC defeated Penta in an instant classic. Hence, Reigns has done much of the heavy lifting himself.
However, that could change at Money in the Bank. Knight is determined to win the belt, and he might just overwhelm the OTC. This would compel the World Heavyweight Champion to resort to the numbers game. The Bloodline would interfere, tear Knight apart, and allow Reigns to retain the title.
Such a finish would protect Knight in defeat and strengthen The Bloodline’s unity. Furthermore, it would also add more complexity to Reigns’ arc and feed nicely into the complicated dynamics within his family.

#2. Roman Reigns Gets the Job Done Alone
Most of us are assuming that LA Knight is a transitional and placeholder challenger for Roman Reigns. Knight’s story simply exists to give Reigns a credible feud before the OTC can move on to bigger challengers like Oba Femi. In this case, it would be more appropriate to continue the World Heavyweight Champion’s current run of dominance.
He has already vanquished several credible challengers, including Seth”Freakin” Rollins and Penta. The Megastar could join this impressive list of victims at Money in the Bank. The OTC’s usual display of dominance, comprising of Superman punches, Guillotine chokes, and Spears, should do the trick.

#1. LA Knight Wins the World Heavyweight Championship Only to be Cashed In on by Bron Breakker
Let’s go out on a limb and assume WWE finally pulls the trigger on LA Knight. Through hook or crook, The Megastar finally wins the World Heavyweight Championship. The crowd will explode with joy. It would be an emotional celebration for Knight, but joy would quickly turn into concern when he is speared by Bron Breakker.

The Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder match has an extremely unpredictable touch this year, but Breakker has a strong chance of winning. The Unpredictable Badass could cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase on Knight on the same night and win the World Heavyweight Championship.
Breakker’s title win would freshen up RAW’s main event scene. It adds an intriguing layer to The Vision’s ongoing feud with Oba Femi. Furthermore, the heartbreak could feul Knight’s redemption arc, and The Megastar could emerge as a massive Superstar from this ordeal.
